Don’t forget to protect your hair during your workouts. 🏋🏽‍♀️Short styles should be covered with a satin or mesh wrap cap. Some wraps have velcro closures to help you with proper placement on your head. Or if your hair is medium to long length, wrapping, pin curling or pining it up in a loose scrunchy can help prevent your hair from coming in contact with your sweat 😓. Most importantly, don’t ever let your your hair down or unwrap it until your body has completely cooled off and your skin is no longer clammy from your perspiration. The sodium in our sweat can cause our hair to dry in a dryer brittle state.
